Bethany McLean '92 to visit campus

Bethany McLean ’92 will be on campus for convocation and to deliver the kick-off Math/Stats colloquium: “Why It’s Smart to be a Math Major Even if You’re Not Good at Math.” McLean, who famously exposed Enron and is now at Vanity Fair and a TV personality, is back to receive a Bicentennial Medal at Convocation Saturday, Sept. 10. She presents the kick-off math colloquium as Oliver Lecturer and Class of 1960 Speaker. 25-minute talk plus Q&A. All are welcome to the talk. Williams students, faculty and staff are also invited to lunch with Bethany McLean from 11:50 to 12:45 in the Dennett Private Dining Room in Mission Park.
