Jon Lovett '04 Commencement Speaker at Pitzer College

Math alum Jonathan Lovett ’04 gave an amazing commencement address at Pitzer College. His Williams thesis with Prof. Frank Morgan (with co-author Jack Cook) was published in the American Mathematical Monthly. After stints as speech-writer for Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, he is now co-founder and head writer for the new NBC prime-time “1600 Penn.” His advice:

1. Don’t cover for your inexperience.
2. If you see something, say something.
3. Honesty pays off.
