AWM Chapter

The Williams College student chapter of the Association for Women in Mathematics is committed to making the math community more inclusive of and welcoming to members of underrepresented minorities in STEM. They aim to (1) provide a social space for members of underrepresented minorities in math and (2) work towards long-term structural changes that will make the Math Department more welcoming and inclusive. They organize weekly dinner meetings, meals with professors, focus groups, panels, colloquia, awareness campaigns, movie nights, meetings with the department, and more!
