Professor Harris wins MAA Alder Award for Distinguished Teaching by a Beginning College or University Mathematics Faculty Member!

Congratulations to Professor Pamela Harris, who has won the 2019 MAA Alder Award for Distinguished Teaching by a Beginning College or University Mathematics Faculty Member.

Established in 2003, this national award honors, “beginning college or university faculty whose teaching has been extraordinarily successful and whose effectiveness in teaching undergraduate mathematics is shown to have influence beyond their own classrooms.” Professor Harris also recently won the Council on Undergraduate Research 2019 Early Career Mentoring Award.
